Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
All of our products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, and shipping usually takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location. During holidays or peak seasons, processing and shipping may take a little longer.
How do I choose the right size?
Each apparel listing includes a detailed size chart. We recommend comparing the measurements with one of your favorite garments before ordering. Since our products are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or personalization errors provided by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll be happy to make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept order cancellations because production begins shortly after an order is placed. If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. If production has not started, we'll do our best to help.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping isn’t available yet, but we appreciate your interest in Chunky Bee!
